Dress made for the 15-16" My Meadow Moppets, such as Mae and Aya.  Elasticised shoulder strap with eyelet ruffle,  gathered skirt with attached slip trimmed with eyelet fabric at the bottom.  Trimmed with buttons.  Closes in the back with satin ribbon tie.  The fabric is raised dots on white fabric, simiilar to dotted swiss.
