Dress made for the 15-16" My Meadow Moppets, such as Mae and Aya.  Elasticised shoulder strap with eyelet ruffle,  gathered skirt and bow trim .  Separate half slip with elastic waist and eyelet fabric trim at the bottom. Dress closes in the back with satin ribbon tie.  The fabric is raised dots on white fabric, simiilar to dotted swiss.
