his dress features two contrasting fabrics. It has short puffed sleeves trimmed in contrasting binding. The dress has a matching pocket trimmed in lace. There is a fabric tie that is pulled into a bow at the back. The dress has a sewn-in white slip trimmed in eyelet lace.

This dress features a cotton dress with embroidered white fabric insert. It has puffed sleeves with fabric binding trimmed with lace, as does the "collar". The embroidered insert is trimmed with white ruffled eyelet lace and finished off with two satin bows. There are fabric ties that are attached at the sides of the front insert and pulled into a bow at the back. The dress has a sewn-in white slip trimmed in ruffled eyelet lace.
 
P110
This dress features a cotton dress with contrasting insert trimmed with fabric ruffles. There is an underskirt made of cotton. It has puffed sleeves. There are fabric ties that are pulled into a bow at the back.

This dress features a cotton dress with a "bib" trimmed in fabric ruffle. There is a contrasting band at the bottom of the skirt. It has puffed sleeves in two-toned fabric. There are fabric ties that are pulled into a bow at the back. 
 
Each pattern is complete with step by step directions. You will also receive a photo of the outfit, as shown. You will also be receiving four (4) Patti Playpal iron-decals with application instructions.
 
The Patti Playpal dolls were produced by the Ideal Toy Company in 1959. They were to represent the size of a 3 year old.
