This is the Raggedy Ann dress set. The dress has short puffed sleeves with fabric collar and gathered skirt.  The pinafore has fabric ruffles around bodice and skirt and fabric ties that are pulled into a bow at the back.  Raggedy Ann and Andy iron-on decal included.
