Here is a professionally duplicated copy of a booklet called Dolly and her Dresses published in the 1920s. 

It includes patterns for making "Babbette" who stands approximately 11 inches tall. Included are patterns/instructions for a wardrobe of garments including hats, pajamas, rompers, dresses, and bloomers. Also included is step-step-directions for making ribbon bows for trimming the garments, and patterns for patches for pockets or trim. Really cute!  This is geared towards a young child just learning to sew and is very basic.
